On May 19, 2020, between 13:08 and 13:30 UTC, customers using the following products may have experienced issues when logging into the portal:

• Application Control
• Application Isolation
• Endpoint Vulnerability Remediation
• Cloud Workload Protection
• Cloud Workload Protection for Storage
• Endpoint Security
• Integrated Cyber Defense Manager
• Cloud Connect Defense

Customer endpoints and/or workloads remained protected throughout this incident.

This incident has been resolved and normal performance restored.
