On July 20, 2020, between 08:58 UTC and 09:46 UTC customers using the below products may have experienced login failures, “504 gateway timeout” errors may have been received.

  • Endpoint Detection & Response-CDM

  • Integrated Cyber Defense Manager

    All other aspects of the products were working as designed. The cause of this incident has been resolved and portal access is restored.
